YOUR VOICE
YOUR SCHOOLS
YOUR FUTURE
Get involved. Make a difference. Show your support!
I'm not a politician. I'm a community leader who has spent years showing up for the kids of Halton Hills. I didn't meet these families in a boardroom, I met them on the court, in the gym, and in the halls of our schools. It's time for a trustee who's already in the community, already knows the kids, and is ready to be your megaphone.

Building stronger futures by empowering and supporting the next generation.
About Lennox
As the founder of Tier1 Sports Club, I've seen firsthand what happens when you invest in kids, they rise. I've also seen what happens when the system fails them. I'm a father, a coach, and a community builder. I believe that a school trustee should be someone who actually knows the families they serve, not just someone who shows up at election time.
Halton Hills is growing. Our schools need to grow with it. That starts with leadership that listens.

My Core Values
What I stand for
I stand for an education system where every single decision is driven by what is best for our children, rather than outside agendas. Our schools should be a reflection of our community's strength. Safe, welcoming environments where every student has the resources and support to thrive, regardless of their background.
I believe that true leadership in education requires total transparency, a commitment to listening to parents and educators, and the courage to take responsibility for the outcomes. By keeping the focus on collaboration and measurable progress, I am dedicated to building a school board that truly serves and uplifts the families it represents.
01
Students First
Every decision I make will center on what's best for the child, not the system, not the politics.
02
Community Over Politics
I answer to parents and families. Full stop.
03
Inclusion Without Exception
Every child belongs in our schools, regardless of background, ability, or identity.
04
Accountability
I will show up, speak up, and follow through, every single time.
What Does a School Trustee Actually Do?
Most people don't know what a trustee does, and that's exactly the problem. Here's what the role really means.

My Role Will Include:
Be the voice of parents, students, and residents at the school board level.
Represent the Community
Vote on and shape the policies that govern how schools operate.
Set Board Policy
Oversee how public education dollars are spent and hold the board financially accountable.
Approve the Budget
The trustee board is responsible for hiring and reviewing the top administrator of the entire district.
Hire & Evaluate the Director of Education
Ensure every decision made at the board level puts student wellbeing and success first.
Advocate for Students
Track how schools are performing and push for improvement where needed.
Monitor Academic Performance
Champion programs that support the whole child, not just academics.
Support Mental Health & Inclusion
Stay accessible and connected to the community between elections, not just during them.
Engage with Families
Work constructively with the full board to pass meaningful policy and budgets.
Collaborate with Fellow Trustees
Make sure the school board operates openly and the public knows how decisions are made.
Ensure Accountability & Transparency
